Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Once an order has been confirmed and completed, we do not offer returns or refunds. Exceptions may be made only in exceptional circumstances and solely at our discretion.

As our products are delicate and perishable, any issues or concerns must be reported within 30 minutes of delivery. After this time, responsibility for the product—including storage and handling—rests with the customer, and we cannot accept liability for any damage or deterioration.

If an order is cancelled by the customer after it has been prepared or is still capable of being fulfilled, no refund will be issued. In such cases, we may choose to offer a credit note for the value of the cancelled item or order.

Any credit note issued will be valid for one month from the original order date and must be used within this period.
