Prices may change without prior notice.

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment through the available payment methods.

We are not responsible for payment failures caused by third-party payment gateways.

5. Order Acceptance

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.

We reserve the right to accept, cancel, or refuse any order at our discretion, including due to availability issues, pricing errors, or suspected misuse.

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified.

6. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to logistics or circumstances beyond our control.

We are not liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.

7. Storage & Product Responsibility

Our products are delicate and perishable. Once delivered:

Proper storage and handling are the customer’s responsibility

We are not responsible for quality issues caused by improper storage or handling after delivery

8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been completed.

Exceptions, if any, will be made solely at our discretion.

8.2 Reporting Issues

Any issues such as:

Damaged packaging

Incorrect items

Missing items

must be reported within 30 minutes of delivery. Complaints raised after this time will not be considered.

8.3 Order Cancellation

If an order is cancelled by the customer after it has been processed or prepared:

No refund will be issued

At our discretion, we may issue a credit note equal to the order value

Credit notes:

Are valid for 30 days from the original order date

Are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
